A 69-year-old Caucasian female with ocular rosacea and dry eyes was concerned about her puffy lower eyelids but was wary of worsening her dry eye condition with surgery. She underwent a lower eyelid blepharoplasty and CO2 laser treatment with excellent results. Her dry eye condition remained stable after the procedure.
